South Peace River Stockmen's Foundation Bursary
A $1000.00 annual bursary. Open to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year post-secondary students
The purpose of the South Peace River Stockmen's Foundation bursary is to assist worthy
students, exclusively from the British Columbia South Peace River area; to further
his/her education in which ever field they desire.
Applications must be in the office of the South Peace River stockmen's foundation no
later than April 15th.

BCCA Awards
The BC Cattlemen's Association is pleased to deliver the following awards for outstanding
achievement:
Environmental Stewardship Award
The award recognizes a ranching family for their outstanding commitment to environmental
stewardship. Everyone that is nominated for the award has been nominated by their fellow
cattle producers.
Nomination form & criteria.
Research Grants
Two $2,000 grants are awarded annually to applicants whose research benefits the beef
cattle industry. This grant is sponsored in the memory of Brigadier General WN Bostock.

Education Bursaries
Several $1,000 bursaries are awarded annually to applicants pursuing post-secondary
education in agriculture.

Scholarships
Two Gung Loy Jim Scholarships ($2,000) are awarded annually by the Jim Family of Barriere,
BC to assist worthy students from British Columbia, especially those from rural areas
where cattle are raised, to further his/her education in whichever field they desire.
